Trudeau for his endeavors in the Canadian Charter of Human Rights. Pierre E. Trudeau was a high profile international personality who served an excellent ministry. The KAROUSSOS LIBERTY AWARD was presented to Pierre Elliott Trudeau (1919-2000) during the World Premiere creation of Panayoti Karoussos' Symphonic Poem Spirit of Liberty. Mr. Panayoti Karoussos intended for this award to be occasional, as such candidates for nomination emerge.
