House of the Animé Maniac

Welcome to my Smile.dk mini-shrine.  I don't really know much about them (its VERY hard to find info 'bout these two) but I managed to get some tidbits.  Their names are Nina and Veronica and Malin!  What? You say there's only two people in that pic? That's cuz in the first album, it's Nina and Veronica but the second album is Malin and Veronica.  The ones in the picture are Nina and Veronica.  Nina is the black-haired one  and Veronica is the blond one. Why the change in girl? Well, Nina left the group to pursue her career as a music/singing teacher, so Malin waltzed along and became her replacement.  Well, that's not exactly what happened but you know what I mean.

Anyway for those who don't know who Smile.dk are they're this girl singing group popular in Japan (although I know they aren't from Japan, they are from Sweden) that sings techno-ish, dance-ish songs (in English).  Their songs are very cool.  I can't get through a day without listening to at least one of their songs (well I probably could but it wouldn't be much fun). They are most well know by their famous (infamous?) song Butterfly, which is prominently featured in the arcade/video game Dance Dance Revolution, along with a couple of their other songs.  Butterfly has the most remixes of any song I've seen.  At the last count there were 13 or so.  BTW I'm not gonna upload any mp3s cause that'd take awhile and I don't want to get in trouble.  However, I will stick in a couple of MIDIs since they don't take up too much room and I wouldn't get in as big trouble. O_o
