Road Racing Z28 Project
Well, this isn't actually my car, it's my Dad's, but it used to be mine, and it's going to be a father/son type project, so I decided to keep the updates here. It was going to be my road racing project to run in the NASA American Iron division, but since it's my Dad's now, he wants to make it into more of a pro-touring type car. It'll be something that'll handle good, look good, be nasty quick and still be able to drive it anywhere. I'll get some pics up sometime soon, but here's some rough ideas for future plans. Future Plans Suspension 1) Eibach Sportline springs 2) Koni adjustable shocks 3) Polygraphite bushings 4) Tubular K-member 5) Tubular panhard bar fab'd by HRT 6) Tubular LCA's (rear) 7) Upgraded brakes (not sure on this yet...) Engine, Transmission, and Drivetrain 1) 383 Chevy smallblock (details later...) 2) Saginaw 4 speed (until it blows anyway) 3) Possibly a 10 bolt out of a fourth generation F-body (comes with disc brakes and posi)
That's about all that I've thought through for this time being, I'll add more updates as they come!
