Castlevania Symphony of the Night Review
Publisher:Konami Console:Playstation

Gernral :- My favourite of all castlevaina games I've played (I've played most of them) it has a well thought out plot with twists and turns and alot of scary bosses Konami showed me the joy of castlevaina games.

Features :- It had many features such as the relics that let you transform into mist a wolf and a bat each transformation will help you get through the game for indifferent parts of the castle different puzzles await so find them and use them.Another good feature was game completeion extras such as multiple endings an new characters.

Plot :- In it you play as Alucard Dracula's son(notice the play on words here)who doesn't hate humans like his ultimately powerful father so he fights his way through Draculas castle finding items and allies to aid him on his quest. Though no one joins you they help you alot, the librarian for example, he will help you to find tatics and strategies against bosses by looking in his books or sell you useful things.

Graphics:Although they aren't the best playstation graphics I've seen they were average there were alo of sprites like ALucards capes that would change as you equip new ones and his weapons mainly swords one of my favourite sprites was his sword familiar who grew to be a giant sword encrusted with jewels the swrd would later be come equipable but not at the start.

Sound:ALucards and his transformations all had good sounds like howling for the wolf screaming when getting hit each bad guy had thier own individual sounds and each weapon had its individual sounds.Music played throughout the game was very good it would encourage you to play more.

Good :- There were many good things in this game as mentioned above.

Bad :- The graphics weren't up to Sony stantards but I never judge games by graphics.
