I'm looking informations about the way prisoners live in Aylesbury. My father,Giovanni SCARINGI,born in 1913, was an italian prisoner of war, at Hartwell dog track, Aylesbury from 1942 to 1946. He was a fighting soldier at Keren, Ethiopia, 1941.Who has known him ? Who was a prisoner in that camp or someone in the staff at that time ? Please write me.
His son, Gilles Scaringi (France)

Can you tell me where the camp and the dog track was? Does it still exist? Also do you know anything of a POW camp at Milton Common, near Thame?

Regards
Tony
