Andrei Oniciuc is a 15 year old boy with no
ordinary life. He is fighting cancer, although he lost one of his legs,
his situation is stable now.
Still on chemotherapy he arrived home from the
hospital... at least what remained from their home. His parents, once
owners of a small store in a small village, had to sell everything to
cover medical expenses.
Now Andrei lives with his parents in one bedroom
house shared with 4 brothers and sisters. His parents are trying their
best, but now they are overwhelmed by the everyday hard work of feeding

Andrei's life was changed by the illness, he could
not dream about normal childhood anymore. He had to fight death. Now he
is fighting poverty too, as the family income is less than 4 USD a day.
Nobody could help him to overcome cancer, he did
it all alone. But we can help him to have a decent life: something to
eat, to get leg prosthesis and to continue his studies.
