REUNION: BLACKMAN - Mudgee, NSW
As part of Australia's Centenary of Federation celebrations there is a special Bicentennial reunion for the descendants of James Blackman and Elizabeth Harley, Saturday December 15.
To commemorate the arrival in Australia of James and Elizabeth and their family aboard the ship "Canada", on the 14th Dec 1801.
* 10am at Lawson Park Mudgee. Entertainment by Bush Band "Home Rule", displays and info available on the Blackman family.
* 3pm, at Blackman Park Mudgee, unveiling of a Federation Plaque donated by Mudgee Council, and a tree planting ceremony.

State Records New South Wales will hold a seminar examining the government archives created by war. Speakers will be from the National Archives of Australia and State Records New South Wales.
Cost: Free.
