alternatively we can send our representative(Mr Bamgbose o.michael) to
collect
the passports but we like to know when he can visit the embassy to
collect
the passports.
we are also of the opinion that the earlier porposed departure date will
no longer be feasible we are proposing a new date from next week may be
on the 26th August,2004,please let us no if this date will be convenient.we hope to hear from you soonest

we have sent our represntative to the British High commission in Lagos
and they could not find any of their staff in the name Bennet Gordon
the consular General Himself confirmed this to us after thorough
investigations
and they were so surprise to hear about this magnitude of situations
they said they did not know you to have any contact with them on the
players
visa arrangement
they said you should provide us with the details of your visa processing/documentations
made by your club for the player and representative.We are also of the
opinion
that you should give to us the contact phone number of the officials of
the Embassy here handling the visa issuance.You should also provide us with your contact phone number which we have
asked several times and you fail in giving to us.
please note that there is no person at the embassy bearing Gordon
Benneth
please try to clear up this mess from your end and let us know.you
should
also in your response mail provide us with your club informations the
current

manner,which has been somewhat problematic
the players passport we believ has gotten to a wrong hand at the embassy
which we are hoping it would be recoverd as soon as it is found.
please if you know that you have no previouse visa arrangement with

at the embassy kindly contact them on phone to get the players passports
OUT of the embassy beacuse they have confirmed to us that there is no
staff
of the embassy bearing the name Gordon Benneth.
The passports have not been stamped .

we have received new messages from the British Embassy in Lagos
informing us that the players passport has been sent to london(England)
we dont really know what is happening so far,we dont know where the problem actually lies we have not been happy on the going of things,we could not asses the tiscali mail box of our football club hence our inability to contact you from there for sometime now we have been experiencing technical problem on the tiscali website.
you should kindly send to us some new informations which you have sent to our tiscali email account to this yahoo mail box for urgent consideration
please also dont hessitate to find out where the passport actually went to
they have finally discoverd at the embassy that Mr Gordon Beneth is in London.

I am so sorry for the delay. I was trying to arrange your air tickets so I could mail them with the passports - but I hit a hurdle which I have been trying to overcome these past few days.
The club was happy to give a free trial to your players but necessarily fly them here.
I need proof I told you of this before. Do you have a copy of my email to you in regards to what I may have promised you?

As I explained in my last email I have a problem sending you the air tickets. The player's trial is for free but I can only offer a subsidised airfare.
We will require the amount of US$100 for each ticket - hence could you urgently send us US$200 to cover your expenses.
