INFO
Bulls appear alone or with Scorpions. They're found in the middle of the game.
STRATEGY
No strategy that I can think of. Whack them with your shiny, shiny swords.
MYTH/ORIGIN/OTHER GAMES
These things are called Minotaurs in the Japanese version and FF Origins. Minotaur comes from Greek myth. Apparently King Minos' wife got it on with a bull and produced the half-man, half-bull called the Minotaur. (Taurus is Greek for bull.) The king put the beast into the labyrinth (a maze/dungeon) and it was eventually slain by Theseus. You can also find these guys in Dungeons & Dragons, and a fair amount of cartoons and video games. They return in FF3, FF5, FF8, and Mystic Quest.
