11:52 PM Site update, Fan art, MSX photos
I did a rather large update to the site's HTML. It probably won't amount to much, but it should make most pages load a tiny bit faster. There's only one section left to finish. If you spot any screw ups with bad links, etc. feel free to tell me about it.
There's also some new Fan Art you can see.
Oh hey, I got some photos of the MSX version of FF1. Check 'em out.

3:30 PM FFX-2
Like most of my news, this is probably at least a day late, but I wanted to wait until I'd seen it myself. Final Fantasy X-2 is out in stores. Smoke 'em if ya' got 'em.

1:00 AM Finally...
Well, after more than a year without Internet access at home I'm finally back. You can probably expect regular updates again, timely answers to your emails, and potentially news stories about Final Fantasy. I made another update to make pages a little smaller so they load a little bit faster, and there's a new Fan Art.
In other news, pick up the December issue of the Official U.S. PlayStation Magazine. This month's demo disc includes a video of FFX-2, a demo of FFX-2, and the Eternal Calm video previously only available on FFX International. Also, in case you didn't already know, FF11 for the PC is out in stores.

3:52 PM A Small Request
Hey there, I'd like to take a moment to use this site for my own personal benefit. I recently ordered the English Excel Saga manga vol. 2, but my copy is missing the pages after 192. In their place is an extra copy of pages 113-128.

Since none of the actual story is missing, I'd rather not bother with returning it and potentially throwing away another $4+ on shipping. Nevertheless I'd still like to have those pages.

Does anyone out there have this book and could send me scans of all the pages after 192? If anyone would be so kind, please send them to webmaster @ fforigins.com and/or daven @ fforigins.com.

With that business aside, I'd like to recommend the Excel Saga anime to you all, and if it grabs ahold of you like it did me, I'd also recommend the manga. Thank you for your time and have a nice day, friendly visitors.

Yeah, it's been a while since anything has happened. At least now you can sleep easier knowing the site has been updated once more with new fan art, and an update for the enemy mapping page. Enjoy.

12:38 AM New Fan Art (sorta), and Other Things
In an attempt the conserve space, Collector managed to clean up the HTML on some parts of the site. Oddly enough, two lost fan arts were located in the process. Head to the fan art page to check them out. Also, after a considerable amount of downtime, the message board is back.

2:15 PM Updates 'a Plenty
The updates are finished and there are a lot of them. Almost every section has something new, some sections look a little nicer, I've added new sections such as NES, and there's a new piece of fan art.
Updating this site when I don't have Internet access at home can be troublesome, so if there's anything screwed up or missing feel free to email me and complain.

1:21 AM The Moment You've all Been Waiting For
In case you haven't already heard, FFOrigins for the PSX is finally out in North America. It was officially released Tuesday, April 8th. The game's also been out in Europe for a while now. Probably the first FF game to be released in Europe before North America. Anyway, Collector wants everyone to know that he has his copy, and will post his review on it within a few days. That's it for now.
Thanks to Chaos for the release date info.

11:46 AM What's Up With the Site?
Daven12 here to inform you all about the lack of updates, Collector's absense, and so forth. The site is currently on hiatus, meaning there won't be any updates or anything until further notice. Well, there might be a chance of a few updates if Collector is lucky enough to be able to do any, but don't expect much. Speaking of which, Collector isn't dead or anything like that. Something went wrong with his modem, thus leaving him without a proper internet connection. Sadly, he hasn't been able to get it fixed since September, although he has tried several times. He will be back eventually, so fear not all you loyal fans of the mighty Collector. He told me to mention that he would like to thank everyone that e-mailed him about Final Fantasy Origins (the game). Which I'm sure you've all heard of by now, right? If not, it's a remake of FF1 (similar to the WonderSwan Color one that was released a while back), and it is to be released for the original Playstation. Visit FF Classic for more info. Collector also told me to throw in the following little message:
Sorry if you've emailed me in the past few months and I haven't responded. Due to my extremely limited time online I can't respond to everything, and some messages got deleted when my mailbox got full. Also, if you do need to email me, for the love of god please put something about FFO in your message subject or it could be deleted along with the thousands of messages I get about porn sites, mortgage loans, copying DVDs, enlarging my penis, etc.

Lastly, I would like to inform you all about Collector's board. If you desperatly need assistance involving the site, FF1, or something like that, then I suggest you drop in. Collector has been known to stop by whenever he can as well. So if you need to tell him something urgent, the board would probobly be the fastest way you'll get a response.
